Since the launch of Jackie’s Chocolates, Jackie’s mission has been to create the most ethical, sustainable and delicious handmade chocolates the Netherlands has to offer.
Coming from a background of artistic professions and with a passion for high-quality food products, Jackie’s Chocolates is all about creativity, using contemporary and natural flavours which are blended together and individually crafted into luxurious and unique hand made chocolates. With a variety of herb sand spices from east and west, she makes surprising combinations. The chocolates are all handmade resulting in a sophisticated taste, each chocolate unique and with a rustic feel.
Winter and summer assortment alternate, summer with some fresher shades and winter with darker tones. Jackie’s Chocolates offers a wide variety of flavors, all containing organic / gluten-free (and some lactose-free) ingredients.
At the heart of Jackie’s Chocolates is Callebaut, the fines Belgian Chocolates, with a mission to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities in West Afric. This doens’t only look at training in sustainable and more effective cultivation, but the entire community is provided with clean drinking water, health care and children are given education. In addition, farmers get a fairer price for their product by buying directly from the farmers, without the intervention of distributor.
