Storage advice and shelf life
It is best to keep the chocolates in a cool room at about 18/19 ℃ .The chocolates are made with fresh cream.There are no artificial preservatives. As a result, the chocolates can be kept for up to 10 days from the time of purchase.
All chocolates are prepared in a room where nuts are also processed.Questions about gluten, lactose or otherwise can be mailed to email@example.com
Chocolate is very temperature sensitive.Unfortunately if the weather forecast exceeds 21 degrees on the day of dispatch or during the shipping process,we can not send the order as chocolate will then become too soft or melt. As soon as the temperature drops below 21 degrees shipping will be resumed.
Picking up an order is also possible.

Picking up an order in Amsterdam is by appointment
- For a small order this can be done on Friday at the Stadshartmarket in Amstelveen between 10 AM and 5 PM
- Pick up an order in the studio : Eikenrodelaan 94 hs, 1181DJ Amstelveen
All other orders are delivered by My Parcel ( PostNL )
Orders outside the Netherlands
At the moment we only deliver in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately there is not ( yet ) a “today ordered tomorrow delivered” guarantee. We can guarantee that if an order is placed the package will be with Post.NL the following day. Orders on Friday or Saturday will be sent on Monday. In 95% of the cases the order will arrive the next day, however the responsibility lies with the distributor.(post NL) When the order is placed and paid for a confirmation of your order will be sent via email. Packages can be traced via the track & trace code.
Delivery by PostNL within the Netherlands
Specific deliver dates can be indicated on the order form found on the webshop. Standard delivery in the Netherlands is € 6.95 for packages up to 30 kg.
During a holiday period an order may take longer to deliver. Holiday periods will be clearly stated on the website.
Orders over 50 euros with standard shipping within the Netherlands are free of delivery costs.
During busy periods,such as Christmas and Easter, different delivery times may apply to all delivery methods.The utmost effort is made to prevent this as much as possible.
Once an order has been placed and paid, it can no longer be cancelled.
The chocolates can not be returned for hygienic and food safety reasons.
On the webshop of Jackie’s Chocolates can be safely and easily paid with iDEAL and paypal . Once the order has been placed please follow the instructions for payment.
